PURPOSE:

Dynamic and results-driven HR Shared Services Team Leader with minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations. Skilled in leading teams, fostering a collaborative team environment, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to drive organizational success in a fast-paced environment.


OPERATIONAL:

1. Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed. Similarly, managing the offboarding process, including visa cancellations, exit clearance, final settlements and exit administration. Ensure that SLA is consistently maintained.
2. Visa Management: Taking charge of new visa applications for white collar employees, coordinating with government relations department and ensuring timely processing. Timely completion of Medical Tests, Emirates ID and visa stamping formalities in coordination with employees and Government Relations. Additionally, overseeing Work permit and visa renewals.
3. Medical Insurance: Facilitating employee enrollment in medical insurance programs, coordinating with insurance providers, and addressing any queries or concerns related to coverage and claims. Managing Group Medical & Life Insurance program in coordination with Total Rewards team.
4. Business Letters and Documentation: Preparing and issuing business letters such as employment verification letters, salary certificates, and experience letters for employees as required.
5. HRMS: Ensuring accurate update of employee data in HRMS and regular update of changes in employee life cycle.
6. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
7. Employee Enquiries: Addressing employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Providing guidance and assistance in a timely and professional manner.
8. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR Shared Services activities. Keeping up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.
