Our client in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Community Manager (Junior) to join their amazing team.

You will be working with the client servicing team to manage the day to day operations, posting, social listening & moderation for social media accounts responding to page inquiries and feedback.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with community members across social media, forums, and other platforms.
  • Support and curate relevant content to keep the community informed and engaged.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to improve community strategies.
  • Support on development of FAQs & Fact sheets
  • Monitor and manage potential issues within the social community


Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in community management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi or Urdu - both written and spoken will be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Knowledge of the industry or field relevant to the community.
  • Experience with social media tools ( Sprout & Hootsuite )
  • Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting
